I believe that yoga is a pathway home—to balance, connection, and the most authentic version of ourselves.
I came to yoga during one of the most difficult times of my life, in the midst of a severe substance abuse addiction and the beautiful journey of recovery. Within the walls of a treatment center, I discovered that yoga was more than movement—it was breath, awareness, and the possibility of living in a new way. Over time, I found deep connections between the 12 steps and the wisdom of yoga philosophy, and both became guiding lights that opened the door to a life that is happy, joyous, and free.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to sharing these tools with others. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, disconnected, or even skeptical, and I also know the freedom that comes from simply being willing to try. My mission is to offer yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing as accessible tools for recovery, stress management, and self-discovery—to help others experience the healing that changed my own life.
What makes me unique is my ability to meet people exactly where they are. Whether someone is fresh out of detox, facing burnout, or simply curious but skeptical, I welcome them with empathy, humor, and unwavering belief. I love people until they can love themselves, and I guide my students with patience, accountability, and an infectious joy for life.
